7-Day Return Accepted:
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return:

Non-returnable Items:
Returns are not accepted for: Innerwear
Items bought on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”
Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately to arrange an exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
